KLIPPEL是一家由Wolfgang Klippel1997年创立的具有创新精神的德国公司,专门开发扬声器与音频系统的控制与测量的新型技术。

KLIPPEL公司目前的发展是基于超过二十五年的扬声器研究以及发表的众多学术论文以及专利。教授Wolfgang Klippel博士对扬声器的大信号模型的发展起着重要的作用,这一模型是进行非线性失真数字补偿的基础。他开拓性的工作收到了美国音频工程协会(AES)的认可。

KLIPPEL R&D系统”结合了众多用于扬声器开发、研究以及设计的工具,为工程师提供了可以创新的环境。它不仅可以进行传统的测试,而且还提供了特有的测量技术来侦测信号失真的物理成因。“扫描测振仪系统”是扬声器开发与诊断锥形盆振动和声辐射的强有力的工具。“近场扫描仪”既可以确定远场指向特性,也可以确定三维近场声压。这种新的测量技术在近场进行测量而且不需要消声室,它在大型专业的音频扬声器和小型移动设备(笔记本,智能手机等)上可以取得很高的精确度。

为了生产线的快速检测,KLIPPEL又开发了“QC系统”。它易于操作,提供“合格/不良”的结果和最新的技术来检测多种缺陷(如异常音和音圈偏移)。

KLIPPEL智能扬声器技术”是建立在集总模型的基础上,考虑了在移动音圈电机结构和机械悬浮系统内固有的主要非线性特性。它使用了自适应系统补偿线性和非线性失真。这种技术可以主动避免过载以保护扬声器,而且可以允许开发所有硬件资源,这使得扬声器单元更小,更轻,更节省成本。

KLIPPEL有限公司与多所大学与研究所密切合作。Wolfgang  Klippel在德累斯顿工业大学和逢甲大学(台湾台中)担任教授,同时,他还在多个国家的其他大学作为访问学者。


KLIPPEL is an innovative German company founded by Wolfgang Klippel in 1997 to produce novel control and measurement technology for loudspeakers and audio systems. 


The current developments based on the results of loudspeaker research performed over 25 years and published in numerous scientific papers and patents. Professor Dr. Wolfgang Klippel contributed to the development of large-signal models for loudspeakers, which are the basis for digital compensation of the nonlinear distortion. Awards of the Audio Engineering Society recognized his pioneering work.


The KLIPPEL R&D SYSTEM combines various tools for loudspeaker development, research and design and generates an innovative environment for the engineer. Besides conventional tests, the R&D System provides unique measurement techniques to detect the physical cause of signal distortion. The SCANNING VIBROMETER SYSTEM is a powerful tool for speaker development and diagnostics on cone vibration and sound radiation. The NEAR FIELD SCANNER identifies far field directivity characteristics as well as 3D near field sound pressure. The new technique measures in near field and does not require an anechoic chamber. High measurement accuracy is achieved for large Pro Audio speakers as well as small mobile devices (Laptops, Smartphones, etc.)


For testing speakers very fast during the production process, KLIPPEL developed the QC SYSTEM. It provides easy handling, PASS/FAIL results and modern technique to detect many kinds of defects including rub + buzz, voice coil offset and air leak detection. 


KLIPPEL SMART SPEAKER TECHNOLOGY is based on a lumped parameter model, which considers the dominant nonlinearities inherent in a moving coil motor structure and in the mechanical suspension system. Realized as an adaptive system, it compensates the linear and nonlinear distortion. This technology protects loudspeakers actively against overload and allows the exploitation of all hardware resources, which makes the transducer smaller, lighter and more cost effective. 


The KLIPPEL team consists of about 40 people. Development engineers educated in acoustics, signal-processing, physics, electro-technique, communication and information technology are working together with sales and administration people, university students and technicians in an inspiring atmosphere. 


About 400 satisfied customers in over 20 countries worldwide are working with KLIPPEL measurement systems to produce all kinds of transducers, loudspeaker systems and electronics in many applications, such as automotive, telecommunication, pro and consumer audio. The company has distributing partners in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and USA.


KLIPPEL GmbH cooperates closely with institutes and universities. Wolfgang Klippel teaches regularly as a Professor at the University of Technology/Dresden and Feng Chia University/Taichung in Taiwan. He also teaches from time to time as visiting professor at other universities in several countries.
