He graduated from the Composition Department of CCOM and supervised by Professor Zuqiang Wu. His music creation covers almost all types of music. Some of his works are loved by the people and have broad influence. He has won the Golden Bell Award, the first prize of Splendor Award, the Splendor Composition Award, the first prize of the National Opera and Dance Drama Award, the "Five One project" Award of Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and other international awards.
