11th International Symposium on ElectroAcoustic Technologies

BACKGROUND

The 11th International Symposium on ElectroAcoustic Technologies (ISEAT) will be held in Shenzhen, China in 2026.


The symposium is organized by Shenzhen Research Institute of Nanjing University, and hosted by Professor Yong Shen of Nanjing University, who is currently the director of the Acoustics R&D Center of Shenzhen Research Institute of Nanjing University, the fellow of Chinese Institute of Electronics, a council member of the Acoustical Society of China, and the head of the Expert Group of the Electro-Acoustical Branch of China Electronic Components Association.


Founded in 2007, ISEAT has successfully held ten sessions, serving as a prominent platform for global academic exchange in the realm of electroacoustics and its associated fields and earning a worldwide reputation. ISEAT will be held annually starting from its 10th event and will continue to bring together hundreds of top scholars and experts from renowned universities, research institutions, and leading enterprises from all around the world.


The 11th ISEAT will include invited keynote speeches, paper presentations, technical demonstrations, and technology innovation forums. With Chinese English bilingualism as the main communication language, the symposium will be equipped with AI real-time translation supporting bidirectional Chinese English interpretation, ensuring efficient and smooth cross-linguistic communication.

SCOPE OF CALL FOR PAPERS

All submissions related to audio technologies, including the latest research, engineering technologies, solutions, knowledge presentations, etc.

KEY DATES

◆ Deadline for submission of abstract: March 31st, 2026

◆  Notification of abstract acceptance: April 15th, 2026

◆  Deadline for submission of full-length paper: July 1st, 2026

◆  Notification of paper acceptance: July 30th, 2026


PRESENTATION LANGUAGE AND FORMAT

The official languages of this symposium are Chinese and English. For those requiring Chinese translation services for their papers, please contact the ISEAT Committee for assistance.


The paper presentation format includes (but not limited to):

◆  Keynote speech

◆  Solutions demonstration

◆  Topic forum

◆  Knowledge lecture

◆  Standard meeting & report


Presentation Duration:

◆  Contributed oral presentation: 30 minutes.

◆  Invited presentation: 20 to 40 minutes.

◆  Keynote speech: 40 to 60 minutes.


Online Presentation:

Pre-recorded video presentation with a Chinese translation, which will be played during the symposium. If you submit the pre-recorded video presentation, ISEAT Committee will provide Chinese subtitle translation for your video.


ABSTRACT AND PAPER SUBMISSION

All authors are kindly asked to submit their full papers and PowerPoint slides pertaining to the symposium topics.

There are 3 options for submission: 1) Abstract, full paper, and PowerPoint slides for oral presentation; 2) Abstract and full paper only; 3) Abstract and PowerPoint slides only.

The abstract should include the title of the paper or PowerPoint slides, author names, company name, and E-mail address. It should be limited to 300 words, excluding equations, numbered references, or footnotes.

Once the abstracts are accepted, authors will receive the ISEAT paper template.

All papers are expected to be 6~10 pages in length (including figures, tables, and illustrations). Authors are kindly asked to provide the names of those who will be participating in the 11th ISEAT.

Once the papers are accepted, authors will receive the registration form and copyright transfer agreement for publication.

Accepted full papers will be published in the upcoming 11th ISEAT proceedings.


NOTES

◆  The submitted manuscript must be unpublished original work.

◆  ISEAT seeks and collects academic and technical manuscripts. Presentations must not have commercial purposes.

◆  All papers will undergo review by the Expert Advisor Committee of ISEAT, which will assess their significance and innovation to determine acceptance.

 

FEES

◆  There will be no registration fee for authors presenting papers.

◆  Authors are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
