From its inception in 2007 to its tenth edition in 2025, the International Symposium on Electro-Acoustic Technologies (ISEAT) has continuously evolved with the times, enriched its content, and strengthened its role in advancing audio technology. Experts, scholars, technical decision-makers, and senior engineers from China and around the world gather at ISEAT to explore the latest scientific and technological achievements in acoustics and gain insights into cutting-edge trends in electro-acoustic technologies.


At ISEAT, global expertise converges and ideas from diverse fields collide, generating new inspiration, fueling innovation and progress, and promoting the coordinated development of academia and industry.


The 11th ISEAT, themed "Immersive Sound: Technology + Art", will be held in Shenzhen, China, on September 12–13, 2026. At ISEAT, participants will have the opportunity to attend frontier acoustic technology presentations in real time with language support, engage in face-to-face discussions with domestic and international experts, technical decision-makers, and senior engineers, exchange practical experiences, and broaden their global perspectives.


Registration for the 11th ISEAT officially opened on May 28, 2026. Please follow the registration guidelines to complete your delegate registration promptly. Early-bird tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We warmly invite you to join this premier international summit on electro-acoustic technologies.

II. Conference Content

Topics related to electro-acoustic technology and its applications, including: research findings, R&D reports, technological trends, and technical management. The focus includes, but is not limited to:

IV. Conference Registration

Registration fees are categorized into three tiers corresponding to three time periods:

1.Successfully registered and paid delegates are entitled to attend all technical reports and on-site activities during the conference, receive one set of conference materials (including proceedings), and receive lunch vouchers for both conference days. On the day of attendance, present the e-ticket QR code to check in, collect the conference badge, and materials.


2.Full-time university students can register at a fee of ¥490/person upon presenting a valid student ID. On the conference day, bring your ID card and student card for check-in.


3.Travel, accommodation, and other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

2. Payment Methods

a. WeChat Pay: After filling in registration information, complete payment via WeChat within the specified time. Late payment will invalidate the registration, requiring re-registration at the fee tier for the new timeframe.


b. Bank Transfer: After submitting registration information, transfer the fee to the designated conference bank account within the specified time. Late transfer will invalidate the registration. After successful payment, upload the payment proof in "My Orders" under the top-right menu in the "Personal Center / Group Center".

3. Invoice Information

After successful payment, go to "My Invoice" under the top-right menu in the "Personal Center/Group Center" to submit invoicing details. Invoice status can also be checked there later.

Both VAT Ordinary Invoices or Special Invoices (digital electronic invoices) are available. Tax rate: 3%. Invoice content: Seminar Fee.

Within 10 working days after submitting the invoice application, the organizing committee will send the e-invoice to the applicant's provided email. Please check your inbox.

Deadline for invoice applications: November 30, 2026.


4. Other Matters

a. The conference implements a real-name registration system. Delegates must provide complete and accurate information.

b. Modification/Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable after successful payment. If the registered delegate cannot attend, they may transfer their attendance to another person before the conference.

c. In case of force majeure, the conference time and/or location may be adjusted. The organizer will provide separate notifications if needed.

d. All attendees and group registration contacts are advised to follow the ISEAT WeChat Service Account (ID: ISEATorg) for timely updates and to check SMS notifications sent to the registered phone number.
